Gum concentration
I am using a 1+2 gum mix now. Before I used the more classic 1+3 mix. I measured both with a simple hydrometer.
The 1+ 2 mix
Specific gravity of this mix is 1.132 this is 16,9 baumé at 20 degrees C.
The 1+3 mix
Specific gravity of this mix is 1.101 this is 13,3 baumé at 20 degrees C.
